Arbiter of Ash Encounter Bug – Missing Animations, Random Damage, and Flask Failure

During the fight with the Arbiter of Ash, several critical issues occurred:

Dash Followed by No Visible Animation:

The Arbiter performed a dash, leaving behind a trail of flame. Immediately after, it disappeared without any clear animation showing its transition or reappearance.
Sudden Explosion and Damage:

After the dash, a small explosion appeared briefly at the Arbiter's location. Moments later, a second explosion hit the character out of nowhere, with no sign of the Arbiter or any warning.

Healing Flask Malfunction:

Despite not being dead after the explosions, I was unable to heal using my flasks. The flasks were completely non-functional, leaving me stuck with low health until I eventually died.
Impact:
These bugs made the fight frustrating and unfair, as there were no telegraphs for the explosions or explanation for why the flasks stopped working. This forced an unavoidable death, as I couldn’t recover or counterplay.

I have rewatched the video and noticed that at 34 seconds in, my flasks stopped working, and all my buffs stopped as well. Wind Dancer wasn’t stacking either.

I had the same happen to me, some weird hits and then my flasks not working. (Even the instant recovery didn't work)

Also my life leech didn't work, and I was on my blood mage, so I need to heal/leech or I just can't do jack shit.

My life was also not draining or anything, so it wasn't a burning ground effect or anything.

Maybe the Arbiter has an ability that prevents healing?

Similar bug. Life flasks worked (could use them) but did not restore health during arbiter of ash boss fight.
