Simulacrum wave 16/15

I started wave 15/15 in simulacrum and got overwhelmed by monsters and did logout.
When I logged back and jumped back into simulacrum 15/15 wave and killed all monsters there was NO loot and wave did not end.
Entity offers now me wave 16/15, but it does not start even if clicked. I'm left out of my mastery book and loot from wave 15/15

same as well very frustrating to say the least

Its Dec 22, 2025 and I just completed wave 15. I got the loot (flask this time) and noticed that the NPC offered a wave 16/15. It didn't start a new wave when clicked, however.
