Desktop Crash During Loading Screens since Latest Hotfix

Hi,

Like the subject says I keep crashing back to desktop during load screens since yesterday's hotfix (probably 13 out of 15 in the last 24 hours).
Significant because after never crashing once since EA, roughly 60 hours of play time.

Specs:
Windows 10
CPU: Intel i5 12600KF
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3060

Yep, saw those and made a new post for two reasons as it seems like a different but related issue.

#1: My PC isn't crashing, just the game to desktop.
#2: Those two posts date way back and I didn't have any issues since launch until the most recent hotfix two days ago.

I am having the same exact issue. Never had a crash since a day or two ago, and yesterday alone I probably had 20 crashes. It seems like it happens most when at a loading screen going from one area to another or starting up a new map. Happened in the middle of a boss fight that was going well, which sucked.

My graphics were all set pretty high, and was set to DirectX12, so turned them down a bit and changed to Vulkan, which seems to have reduced the crashing a little bit, but still happening for sure.

Very frustrating, but at least it's not a full PC lockup. Crashes to desktop and am able to restart up the game pretty quickly. I'm running it through Steam.

I am having the same issue since i proceedet to act 2. (around 26.12) - with the latest HF still same problem. So since 26.12 unplayable

I could play the whole act 1 wihtout crash. Entering in act 2 causes the crash directly in the loadingscein or (8sometimes it loads correctly) after entering in the camp in act 2.
Tried all the "possible" fixes, poe uncrasher etc - nothing works. Frustrating

these treads mention a complete freeze of the PC wich is NOT the same issue as in this thread. But the issue wich causes the game to crash could be the same, for the game to freeze on > win10. who knows...
