Over a month and still no coins from supporter pack

Can someone respond to this? I've only sent you 3 emails and posted about it twice.

WHERE ARE THE COINS I PAID FOR?!

Side note: Loot filter? Can I get a refund?

-Cough- They showed up when I loaded the 'POINTS' section of the shop to 'buy more', even though there's no f'n way I'm buying more. - that's how you fix this if anyone else has this issue considering GGG won't respond to anything.
