Question regarding Energy Shield

Robe 1 "Wrath Shelter" has 50 base Energy Shield and 22% Increased Energy Shield. It is also socketed with 20% Increased Energy Shield. When I wear it, my total energy shield is 283.

Robe 2 "Brood Veil" have just 70 base Energy Shield. When I wear it , my total energy shield is 324.

What am I missing? Why robe 1 with better stats give me worst total results?

nr2 is the best one, the 22% on the first is a local stat only to the body armor, hence why the 50 number is blue it allready have the 22% stat added to it same goes for the socketed Rune

Feathered Rope only has 35 base Energy Shield (ES)

Both 20% increased Armour, Evasion and Energy Shield and 22% increased Energy Shield are both local modifiers, this means they directly affect the base value as already stated.
This value than gets all the global modifiers multiplicative.
Assuming you have 105% increased Energy Shield then this value will be multiplied by 1+1,05 or 2,05.

The formula is
(Base
+value_modifiers on item, e. g. +20 Energy Shield (note: no % nor increased)
) * (
1+percentage_modifiers on item, e. g. 40% increased Energy Shield
) * 1+global percentage_modifiers, same as above but not on the item itself, e. g. passive skilltree

The same applies for armour, evasion rating and physical damage on weapons. Elemental and Chaos damage on weapons as values get added as some sort of base, oddly increased Elemental damage and increased Chaos damage are global even on weapons that inflict Elemental or Chaos damage.

May I ask additional question?

How works + <30 to maximum Energy Shield> and/or <+30% increased maximum Energy Shield> on Amulet?

For example, without any amulet I've 1215 ES in the characters stats info.
After adding amulet (zero quality) with 45% increased maximum Energy Shield I've got 1656. Thus (1656-1215)/1215*100%=36.3% instead of 45% as written.
The same amulet with 20% quality gives 54% and 1744 ES in characters stats.
Thus (1744-1215)/1215*100%=43.5% instead of 54%.

How this math works???
To which base adding ES from amulet if written <to maximum ES>?
