Passive skill tree/Atlas UI does not fit to screen

Portions of the UI are cut off and I have to guess which buttons to push. I’ve tried adjusting the game’s settings - doesn’t solve. I’ve tried adjusting the TV’s settings - doesn’t solve.

This is the same for poe1 on some TVs. Tried couple of different models with different results.

I had this issue and figured it was the PS5 setting that were bad. Go in settings / screen and video / Screen and set Adjust Display Area
