Waystone Maps with inaccessible Rare monsters

I'm having issues with completing a Waystone Map because 2 of the Rare monsters are completely inaccessible.

#1 Stuck inside a wall (ISSUE):
Wall is completely closed off and not able to shoot through or jump over.


#2 Completely outside the bounds of the map (RESOLVED):
All areas of the map are explored.
Thankfully because I'm a Ranger, I was able to shoot far outside of bounds and get the flying Rare monster to come towards me.
