Bug Report: Couch Co-op Mode (2 players)

We regularly play the game in couch co-op mode and really enjoy this feature. However, during our joint adventure (characters: player 1 level 25, player 2 just started, together up to level 45, currently in the Zikurat) we noticed several bugs. Some of them significantly affect the gaming experience, which is why we describe them in detail below.

Part 1: Differences in game progress between player 1 and player 2
Bug 1.1: The cloaked man in the Lightfall camp - no interaction possible
Description: The Shrouded One is present in the Lightfall camp, but Player 2 cannot identify any items, even if the quests have been completed.
Workaround: The problem no longer occurs until Act 2.
Bug 1.2: Quests about the Shrouded One cannot be started/continued
Description: Player 2 cannot start or hand in the quests around the Shrouded One.
Workaround: Switch to single-player mode, trigger quest, then return to co-op mode.
Bug 1.3: Renly quest for the lost tools not available
Description: The quest for Renly's lost tools cannot be triggered for player 2 and therefore cannot be completed.
Bug 1.4: Possibly a follow-up error from bug 3. The recycling bank can only be used by player 1. If player 2 opens the utilization bank, the inventory of player 1 opens automatically.
Bug 1.5: The main waypoints can only be used by player 1. If player 2 opens a main waypoint, he cannot do anything. Control is automatically transferred to player 1
Bug 1.6: The chat functions are deactivated but the trading center remains active. This means that you can be contacted via chat (to buy things) but cannot respond.

Part 2: Both players are at the same game progress and level

Bug 2.1: Jiquani's sanctuary. The Vaal Pillar can only be used by player 1 in co-op. Player 2 must switch to single player mode and play the quest again.
Bug 2.2: Oswald is missing. In co-op mode, Oswald can be found the first time you enter Zikurat. Not after that. As a result, his quest and the trade with him are not available.
Bug 2.3: Oswald quest cannot be handed in. The Oswald quest can be started as player 1 in single mode and played in co-op mode. However, both players receive the quest item in the temple. Since Oswald can only be found in the Zikurat camp in single mode, player 1 can successfully hand in the quest. Player 2 cannot. Player 2 can neither start nor hand in the quest. As a result, the quest item remains permanently in the player's inventory.

The described bugs significantly impair the shared gaming experience in couch co-op mode. Especially critical are the issues around game progression (quests, NPC interaction, main waypoints) as they force player 2 to switch to single-player mode again and again to progress. We hope these issues will be fixed soon, as otherwise we really enjoy the co-op feature and would like to continue playing.
