Poe2 Breach boss reachable/killable/lootable even after failing the timer portion (no blink needed)
just had this happen to me, i failed to kill enough mobs in the breachstone and it took me back to the start.
out of curiosity i went back to where i originally reached to check if there were mobs left. when i saw that on the minimap it showed as if the terrain was there even tho i couldn't see it, i tried to use leap slam, and i went trough an invisible wall, but could walk on the invisible ground that was visible on the minimap. there were a bunch more invisible walls in the way but i could reach all the way to the boss by just leap slamming more, and i wanted to see if the boss was there anyways. it was, but almost invisible aside from some particle effects, such as the telegraphs for his moves. the boss is killable and lootable as normal. i googled to see if it was a known bug but all the 5 or so reports i saw only mentioned using blink, and leap slam was not mentioned. you should probably check all the movement skills just to be sure, i dont wanna do it again cause im worried about getting flagged/banned. Yep happenend to me on a +4 breach boss i play minions arsonist and they keep dying when i get too far from them resulting in a poor clearing.
Issue is that mob generated along the way to the boss is random if you don't cross enough rare monsters it's tight if your build suck at clearing. On the other hand it's the hard part tbh the boss is a JOKE you can't even call that a boss act 1 was harder than him overall. |
