Second wind + increased cdrr
Second wind cooldown is bugged when combined with cooldown recovery rate. Instead of multiplying cdrr by 0,5 it instead sets it to the added value.
Unluckily I wasn't able to find a source of reduced cdrr, but I'm pretty sure it would set the cooldown to negative, completely breaking the game. Demon form base cd: 20s Sources of increased cdrr: - 30%: support ingenuity - 10%: notable passive forthcoming - 3%: green jewel Real time measured with ~3s error. Demon form with 30% increased cdrr: - tooltip: 14s - real: 14s Demon form with second wind: - tooltip: 40s - real: 40s Demon form with 30% increased cdrr and second wind: - tooltip: 30,77s - real: ~70s - maths supporting my hypothesis: 20s/0,3=67s Demon form with 10% increased cdrr and second wind: - tooltip: 36,36s - real: ~200s - maths supporting my hypothesis: 20s/0,1=200s Demon form with 30%+10% increased cdrr and second wind: - tooltip: 28,57s - real: ~50s - maths supporting my hypothesis: 20s/0,4=50s Demon form with 3%+10% increased cdrr and second wind: - tooltip: 35,71s - real: ~164s - maths for 13%: 20s/0,13=154s - maths for 12%: 20s/0,12=167s Demon form with 3% increased cdrr and second wind: - tooltip: 39,22s - real: ~1000s - maths for 3%: 20s/0,03=667s - maths for 2%: 20s/0,02=1000s This would also mean that the jewel gives me 2% icdrr while its stats says 3%.
