Unique Jarngreipr Ringmail Gauntlets (not working as intended)

Dear Dev Team,

The Unique Item Mentioned Does not allow existing Gems to be upgraded, and can only allow new gems to be crafted of a higher level.

I am not sure if this is exclusive to the monk gems.

The message says cant upgrade gem due attribute requirements, even though other gems from the same tree of a higher level can be crafted.

Furthermore, even though staggering palm is a melee skill it does not work for this skill at all.

Also encountered a similar issue with these gloves which are not allowing other melee weapons to be equiped (despite strength covering the atr requirements)

I second this, the "Strength can satisfy other attribute requirements of melee weapons and melee skills" not working. I have enough str for the melee skill and it wont allow me.

wtb a fix for this, super annoying, lvling/doing campaign and can't uppgrade my main skill because I only have 1 jewelers..
