Support recommendations for shattering concoction

Shattering concoction has Concentrated effect and primal armanents in its support recommendations despite the damage of it not being affected by any of those; Primal armanents states that it affects weapon skills and concentrated effect only reduces blast radius but doesnt affect damage

As far as I can tell, it doesn't even affect my area of effect.
Best I can tell, the AoE tag is bugged on all the concoctions and the game treats the skills as if they don't have the tag. There's no benefit from passives or supports.
