100% crash when opening the passive skill tree

Since today's patch
my stormweaver character crashes every time I open the passive tree.
I've tried clearing everything including appdata, my games, install folder and doing a clean install, but same thing.

I have a rtx4090, 5800x, 32ram, nvme, win11 23h status, 4k resolution.
I'm tweaking every possible option, including vulkan, dx12, etc, and it's still the same.

I've had a few random crashes before, but nothing like this.
It must be something GGG has done with passive nodes or jewels?

I was really looking forward to gaming over the weekend and now I can't do anything.

My dps has gone from 150k -> 30k.
Strangely enough, my mana and other things seem to be the same, but some of my passives are buggy and don't apply and crash when I open them.

Is it because I used 2 unique jewels in the passive that caused the problem with today's patch?

Any chance GGG can give me my weekend poe back?

Create New Charater -> This charater is OK. No problem.

I'm also encountering very frequent, (mostly) repeatable crashes

It started when I slotted the 'controlled metamorphosis' jewel. It seems to be most repeatable right while weapon swapping (possibly a combination with weapon set skill points?)

If I swap weps (by casting a wep 1 only spell) and quickly open the passive skill tree with 'p' it crashes almost 100% of the time

this occurs still even when not weapon swapping though but not as frequent
