Can't see party list after Act 2 cruel (x2)

I have taken a socerer and a monk to act 2 cruel and the party list is not there for both of them. No one joins my party when I make one and I can't see any parties in the list.

I have the same issue.

It appears you have to get past that wolf boss in the town of Act 2 cruel first on your own. I guess you have to go to Act 1 cruel and then grind levels to be stronger to then solo Act 2 cruel town wolf boss on your own.

The only work around I can find is to make a party on last zone of Act 1 cruel and beat that boss and travel together to Act 2 cruel town and go beat that together.

It's very annoying. I had this issue on Act 2 regular as well.
