Monk: Ice Strike vs Tempest Flurry

Which skill is better for high-end gameplay? I’m torn between the two.

Ice Strike gives me better overall DPS and excellent mob control, freezing, shattering, and shocking everything with Ice and Thunder Heralds. I’m pairing it with Storm Wave for added synergy.

Tempest Flurry, however, shines in boss fights. Dropping the bell obliterates bosses much faster than Ice Strike.

For reference, I’m not using any specific nodes for Cold or Lightning Damage nodes. My build focuses entirely on Crit Chance, Crit Damage, and raw Melee Damage nodes.

Any tips or recommendations? Should I focus more on Cold or Lightning Damage resistance penetration, or is there something else I should prioritize to maximize the potential of these skills?

HOW TF ARE PEOPLE GETTING THESE KINDS OF NUMBERS???????? I can't get past 13k with my 5-socket tempest flurry and that's focusing entirely on lightning damage increases.
