Sound and performance bug in gems in Poe 2

I was normally playing Poe 2 when out of nowhere before I started resuming my "chaos trial". I went to change some gems' places to make a better build for the challenge, when suddenly when I changed one of them it started to make a loud noise and repeatedly as if I was fitting and unfitting the gem quickly causing my ping to increase and the fps to decrease because of this bug making it impossible to play. Having quite the same problem... when i remove or place a gem, the repeating buzzing sound occurs and either i cannot place the gem back to the slot or i cannot remove it. My character starts to look like glitchy tho i can still attack and kill monsters. the sound goes away when i go to a different area after the loading screen then eventually the buggy sound comes back.
