Viper Napuatzi Boss Fight Glitch

Got her down to about 60% health and she seemed to move outside the ring of soldiers. She was stuck there and I could not damage her nor could she damage me. Only fix was to reload.

I also experienced a bug like this, 50ish% health remaining. Except for me, I was the one stuck inside the shield wall. See imgur link.
