Overallocate Minions (Switch Rattling Sceptre's Skeleton Warriors for 2 or More Other Minions)

Ran into something by accident. I typically run a Rattling Sceptre (which supports 2 Skeleton Warriors) and my gear provides enough spirit to support 8 Skeleton Arsonists.

Discovered a piece of gear that Reduces Undead Minion Reservation by 20% (Bones of Ullr Latice Sandals). Switching to these allowed me to boost the number of Arsonists to 11 + my skeleton warriors. However, something interesting happened when I took these boots off - my Arsonist count remained at 11 but I completely lost the Skeleton Warriors that should be inherent to a Rattling Sceptre.

Only got my warriors back when I manually went into minion allocation and brought my Arsonists down from 11 (which I shouldn't be able to support with my spirit but was doing anyway) to 8 (which I could).

Usually spirit/minion count will automatically update/fix themselves when you switch gear, guessing there's some odd interaction with the Reduce Undead Minion Reservation by 20% modifier. I figure it's not an intended interaction to run 3 (or more) extra minions at the cost of 2 skeleton warriors.

Today, samekind of bug: rattling sceptre does not provide 2 skeletal minions for free spirit at all anyùmore, I cannot figure out why.
I figured out why : spirit reservation multiplier support gem was used. No bug.
