Shader seems to be a culprit... looking for clues
Hi Im not very tech savvy but Ive really been trying to solve my problems in the game and I think something is wrong with the Shaders. Im on a AMD GPU
AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT with a CPU AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor and Ive noticed that when tracking issues in the game the shader seems to be maxxed out for a very long time when entering a map or the central player hub. If I just sit in the guild hall everything goes to normal and I get upwards of 120fps, but when I start a map if I try to just run out and start fighting I get artifacts, like I can see the stampede hit box flash through the screen. Also I noticed when I kill a Rare monster and all those lil tendril things come up FPS goes to crap. I have cleared my shader cache from AMD and Steam. My only work around is kinda sit in the zone and let the shader catch up but even then when I start attcking a large group the shader tops out and the FPS drop from the 120s down to around 50 or lower. Hopefully this helps someone figure this out I want to enjoy the game more and this is very distracting. It would be really nice if we could hear a update about the performance issues the game has.
