Dynamic Calling

The dynamic calling works very well in terms of performance so far. However, some spell effects that are relevant to the game are not displayed. For example, with my hunter, the pustules are not displayed when there is poisonous growth. Animations are also missing for an ice mage. Perhaps in the future it would be possible to limit the calling to the particles and spells of other players and display your own. And maybe you could implement vsync, the tearing is really annoying. Then it would be good playable on the PS5.
