Rattling sceptre bug

i corupted a rattling sceptre. now it wont summon skeleton minions. and every time i unequip it and equip it again it will show increased number of arsonists while no skeleton minions appear. [img][https://ibb.co/rvNvs6K]

Also , equiping another rattling sceptre and then swaping to this one will spawn the minions. but this is how my game looks after a few minutes of playing .

If you have a lower level rattling sceptre equipped and increase the number of arsonists , then uneqip it and equip the higher one it will do this bug. the problem is that you can actually have one more arsonists then spirit you have if u do this thing.

Yeah, the rattling sceptre is completely bugged. If you have any skeleton aronists out it will not summon any skeleton warriors.
