Wind Dancer's Gale Force Can't Generate Rage with Rage Support

When I mouse over the Rage Support gem in my inventory, it says it can support the Wind Dancer persistent buff. I'd assume that means that the Gale Force attack that Wind Dancer unleashes when I get hit would generate 3 rage, but I'm certain that's never the case. If Rage support doesn't generate Rage when supporting Wind Dancer, please remove Rage Support's ability to support the Wind Dancer skill.

It works, just not as often unless you're killing a bunch of things at once
