infernalist questions

Would it be possible to run Conductivity and Flammability?

Im running a Minions build with the Fire Arsonist THrowers and doing really well, curious if I can get Doom passive and run both Lightning and Fire Minions... I think I have like 6 Arsonists, and 2 Lightning atm. Im only level 64 so plenty more levels to go and this could be nice if I can pull it off...
