jewel socket passive skill tree poe2 bugged

my problem is that I can't put a jewel in the skill tree socket
I had them there, but after I took them, they couldn't be put back

I have the skill points allocated and confirmed
the problem is with all 3 slots where I put points

Same issue here.

I'm right next to a socket but it won't let me select it as a passive skill selection.

i have the same issue i have 2 slots that are empty and i cant put jewels in them
