Overwhelming Presence aura scaling & negative enemy Ailment/Stun Threshold values

1) Overwhelming Presence scales with the modifier #% increased Effect of Auras from your Skills despite not being an aura. The gem does not have an aura tag and the word "aura" is not used anywhere in the description.

2) By getting enough Aura Effect increases, it is possible to reduce enemy Ailment and Stun Thresholds by over 100%. If this happens, the freeze counter can go into negative values and the stun bar will glitch out and appear multiple times.
