T15 Shrine Hideout Map dropping 0 loot

T15 Shrine Hideout Map - every single monster in there including all the rares did not drop a single piece of loot.
Shrine Hideout was previously unlocked, had died on this particular map node once so had used another waystone to reattempt it and this time not a single monster in the map dropped any items...

Happens to me as well, shrine hideout map that is delirious, drops 0 splinters consistently.
