POE2 PC freeze during loading area

Bug:
My game randomly freeze during loading area. First I noticed the two gear wheels not moving but my mouse cursor works. CTRL+ALT+DEL not working or ALT+Tab.
After couple seconds my computer stop responding for my mouse movement and completelly freeze without BSOD. Only solution is hard reset.

Thsi problem is since day 1 and they now it but have done nothing so far.
There is no solution that realy works because it is the games problem.
Solutions can help for a bit or not. In my experience it is random if it works or not. 2 Days without problems then problems on end.

I think I'm affected by the issue with Windows 24H2
