'Ancient Vows" missing altar in valley of titans

Please help!
I placed the first relic I found in the valley of titans altar, and since I still don't have the second relic, I left the relic in the altar and proceeded to play the game as normal going to other maps. When I found the second relic, I traveled back to the valley of titans, but the altar is now always missing, bricking the quest :( Note: I am playing in PS5 Zuletzt angestoßen am 01.01.2025, 11:10:38
