Corpsewade not triggering

Corpsewade boots stopped triggering today.

I've tried multiple pairs of boots with skills at different levels - with more than enough Intelligence to be able to cast the skill, and they still don't work.

HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM =(

I'm playing SSF and I have one pair that works and one pair that doesn't work. My nice pair is corrupted with double sockets and, of course, that's the pair that refuses to consume my minions. I luckily already had another pair (same level 18 decompose) and those work flawlessly.

DUAL Wielding causes all 5 levels and versions of my Corpsewade boots to not function. Take one weapon off and they function.
