"Cross platform limitations" PC

I play PoE2 on PC and when i want to trade and i try to invite anyone it says:
"Request rejected due to your cross platform limitations."

I cannot change this ingame on PC, but i tried to check PoE's config file in docs/mygame/poe, but it was already set "crossplay_disabled=false". I tried to change to true and flase again, Ive reistalled whole game, i tried GGG's client, i tired to play on Steam, i reinstalled my windows also, i tried to play 3 different internet, but the problem is same.

I have PS5 ACC and there's a chack for that. no chack on PC

Same issue here, playing on PC through Steam.

I just recently got this problem; it started when I accidentally started the game on ps5 with cross platform limitation enabled, quickly turn it off, and whenever I play on PC via steam, most trade give me this notification not unless they're the ones who invite me for trade.

Same case here for me..

Play on PC but I already had login on PlayStation and XBOX and after that ALWAYS we I send TRADE for user I received cross platform limitation msg.

I already sent an email to support but they responded 13 days later that they were not providing assistance with technical matters and I was supposed to open a topic here on the forum
