Beacon of Salvation Hideout bug

The High Priest in the Hideout that should sit near/on the throne is invisible.
While i have the Voice lines it seems that he does not stand anywhere near the throne.

I also have this issue. I have failed maps and have seen his voice lines trigger, but he does not show up :(

Seems to be a bug.

There is a toggle option for that map device. If you select that map device and either use your scroll wheel or page up/down it'll swap to having him sitting on the throne. This is also a thing with other items in hideouts that have a number on it (like the map device has map device 1 [no person there] and map device 2 [person there]). I do agree though that it is a bit janky.
