Audio volume during cutscenes is way too LOUD

The cutscenes at the end of Act 1 and Act 2 are extremely loud , to the point i mute the TV if reaching those ( 50% louder than the opening cinematic and regular dialogues ) .

I noticed this as well, it is a little jarring.
