this has happened to a few times also

I have this issue aswell, had it in multiple maps now. Some ritual altars I'm unable to interact with. Often it's 1 or 2 in a zone of 3/4.

Same thing happened to me. Altar spawned on rustbowl map with half of it being in a hole. Cannot start the encounter.
