[POE2] Cannot leave Clearfell Encampment

I created a new character and everything was going fine, however, once I got to Clearfell Encampment, I was unable to load into Clearfell. When I clicked the button to change areas, nothing would happen. I could not teleport out either, since I have no waypoints. I swapped to my main character on the same server to see if I could go to Clearfell Encampment and load into Clearfell, and I was able to. I do not know what causes my other character to be stuck, but they are currently completely locked.

Same happened to me. except I had one of my level 44 characters tagging along to see how they scaled damage. got to town, talked to the NPCs with new character, and even bought things from Renly and Finn. then I went solo and tried to leave the encampment and I cannot. Nor can I buy anything from Finn anymore.

Same bug myself.

I created a Monk, got to Clearfell Encampment even explored Clearfell a bit. Then logged out of the game and when i logged back into the game on my Monk he is stuck in the encampment clicking to zone into Clearfell does nothing. I tried logging in and out and switching characters but nothing seems to fix him.

My other low level characters don't have this issue at the moment.

Make sure you use the uncut skill gem you get, that worked for me.

Thank you. Using that skill gem fixed the issue for me.

The tutorial should be updated to say "Use the uncut skill before entering Clearfell".
Or give an option to not use this uncut gem and allow entering Clearfell (especially when the tutorial is disabled).
