Bug with herald of ash

I don't know if this happens on PC, but at least for me it happens that the Herald of Ash gem, its modifiers don't change when I level it up, according to the interface there should be a change, that's why I report the bug, if the interface didn't say anything, like for example it happens in the "Beneficial Effect" tab of the same gem that doesn't change when leveling it up, but the main effect does change but when leveling it up it doesn't.
