Ps5 cannot see chat from other player

I don’t see chat from other people. When my friend send me a chat in party in won’t appear on my chat. But when I send a msg in chat party, my friend can see it.
And also I cannot sell item since I cannot see when people whisper me for item that I sell.
Please help.
