Persistent Aura Buffs Not Working

Hello,

Writing today to bring attention to the fact that the persistent aura buffs specifically for the Mercenary are not proccing or working. The description reads that you gain valour, then valour is spent to place a banner down with a radius that adds buffs to the character standing there. Even with plenty of spirit this is not working whatsoever. Just bringing this up to hopefully get it added to the next hotfix.
