Multiple Omens on 1 chaos orb?

I have a bow with below stats:

Physical% - T6
Physical flat - T8
Fire flat - T4
Additional arrow - T1

Can I have omen of whitting(chaos replaces lowest level mod) and omen of sinistral erasure(chaos replaces prefix) trigger simultaneously on 1 x chaos orb to specifically target the T4 flat fire damage modifier?

yes u can use both omen in one chaos orb
