game chrashed.. character bricked

until now i had a blast. im on 2nd playthrough cruel difficulty, spent hours already. i just started act 3 yesterday, today i left the town into jungle, game crashed, now my character is bricked, i can´t even log on to it, every time i try the game crashes in the loading screen again.

i can create and play a new character, in fact i won´t do this.

any suggestions? i restarted, i cleared out chache, fiddled around in setting, nothing helped. i´m pissed af.

Hab seit heute das selbe Problem. Spiel abgestürzt und ich kann jetzt denn Charakter jetzt nicht mehr spielen. Kommt lade Bildschirm und Spiel stürzt wieder ab.
Andere Charakter funktioniert ohne problem.

Grafic bug, restart console und now it's endless loading screen.

Game is not playable now.

Create a new character is working.

Another problem is:

Loading inventory und go back to game to quickly let the grafic not loading and flowers are not loading. If you do this another time more and more is not loading until everything is white on the screen.
Only reload the game is helping and hope you can load your char.

Immer wieder stürzt das spiel ab. Nach erneuertem einlogen sind die maps resetet, die modifikatoren sind weg. Es ist so unspielbar!
