game chrashed.. character bricked

until now i had a blast. im on 2nd playthrough cruel difficulty, spent hours already. i just started act 3 yesterday, today i left the town into jungle, game crashed, now my character is bricked, i can´t even log on to it, every time i try the game crashes in the loading screen again.

i can create and play a new character, in fact i won´t do this.

any suggestions? i restarted, i cleared out chache, fiddled around in setting, nothing helped. i´m pissed af.

Hab seit heute das selbe Problem. Spiel abgestürzt und ich kann jetzt denn Charakter jetzt nicht mehr spielen. Kommt lade Bildschirm und Spiel stürzt wieder ab.
Andere Charakter funktioniert ohne problem.
