Network spikes from 25ms - 20,000ms+ and disconnects

Issue I've been having in poe2, only started in the past 24 hours.
I usually get around 25ms on the network spot in the f1 diagnostics, but after having the game open for a few minutes I spike into the tens of thousands and get disconnected. No noticeable changes to any other section of the f1 menu.

Weirder still, is when it happens it messes up the internet connection for my whole computer, and I get booted off of discord/steam/web browsers for a minute or two while it resets.
Only seeming to have an issue with poe2, no other games causing similar issues.

Can confirm this issue, for the past 12 hours on EU servers, somewhat intermittently the network spikes in certain instances and waiting does not help, have tried most of the different EU gateways and happened on all of them

EU servers are unplayable !
When I log into the game, the latency shows 300 - 300000+ ms ... then disconnect

same since 24 houers , i bought a brand new pc installed it , and had the same problem !!! so whats happening
