POE 2 can't access to endgame

Hi! i finished cruel difficulty act 3, quest "Legacy of the Vaal" says "speak to Doryani in ziggurat encampment" but nothing happens. Is this a bug or am I misunderstanding something? please help.

I found a solution, I had to go through the gate 2 times.

Man, I had this same issue! Was so confused! Thanks for the tip, I thought I was locked out of the end game there for a while...!!
