Speak to Doryani

Hi, I've been talking to Doryani repeatedly, but the quest won't finish. I've opened up a large portion of the atlas, but the citadel still hasn't spawned. With 250k kills as a level 93 sorcerer, I feel like I'm wasting my time. I haven't encountered a single boss yet.

I unfortunately have the same issue. Won't let me speak to Doryani and have to get to the 3 citadels.

+1 only on my second endgame character
