After Patch, the game said i dont have an active EA-Key

I cant log in after patch, i´ve bought a key last week and played like 20 hours... today adter the new patch i cant play it because it said i dont have an active EA-Key anymore, even in the account details on the website theres no EA-key..

You probably have to email Support (support@grindinggear.com) to get this sorted, just be aware that there are currently a lot more tickets queuing than normal, so it might take a while for them to get back to you.
