gambling merchants and stash bugs?

symptom:
Only the first character played will be unable to make purchases from gambling merchants.
*I don't know if it's correct to say "the character you select for play at the beginning", it may be completely random.

If i purchase one item from a gambling merchant with the first character selected to play, i will no longer be able to purchase items from the gambling merchant.
*This symptom also occurs with other ACT.
*I can perform the purchase operation, but i can only hear the sound of money and cannot purchase items. i won't lose money either.

e.g: RISU in ACT2

Also, when this happens, stash operations become a little strange.
Currency items can no longer be stored with one button (operated with a controller).
