UNABLE TO TELEPORT TO PARTY

Not sure if this is a bug but I am playing on PS5 and I can’t figure out how to teleport to party members location when I join a public group. I can’t see anything on the maps to help. Am I doing something wrong or is it bugged? Any help is appreciated.
