Fireflower Solar Amulet bug

The Fireflower's proc doesn't work on mobs and bosses that spawn after you enter a map, such as Excavation mobs, Rare Chests, Rituals, the Trial room with the big sand clock where you have to fight for 2 minutes, etc. Therefore, igniting newly spawned mobs does not cause fire damage to minions.

The fix for the Excavation site is to start the event and port out of the map after all mobs have spawned, then return to the map.

The Fireflower doesn't work at all in any of the 10 rooms in the Temple of Chaos trial.

I think it's all infernal legion's fault. It's bugged and maybe it's related to the various "presence" bugs: could it be coded in the same way as things with presence keyword?
but yeah it's so frustrating trying to do Sekhemas (thankfully it at least works on bosses, but not on rares) or Ultimatum. Delirium, ritual, pretty much all league mechanics have problems as well

Just started a cast on minion death sorceress only to end up with this bug in my hands after investing in the build...

Tried to do sekhemas and yea I cannot trigger skills and it's like so silly .

Hope this gets fixed soon, feels bad running breach with less than half my damage
