Died in HC, Map Device Uninteractable

I died in a map in HC SSF and decided to try continuing in SC SSF. The map device in my Hideout was un-interactable so went to the Ziggurat Encampment to try and it also is un-interactable (doesn't even show up on the map). I entered the portal in Act 3 to Act 1 Cruel. I've talked to every NPC in every town. I tried killing Doryani in Act 3 and Act 6. I tried walking down the stairs in the encampment to get the wake up animation again. I've tried different servers.

Same bug for me.

Bump. Issue still not fixed with today's patch.
I killed doryani in A3Cruel again still no option.
