When PoE is running, my computer's sound starts to crackle!

When PoE 2 is open, the sound of YouTube, Spotify and other programs starts to crackle, it sounds like a hiss. It only happens with PoE 2, it started a few days ago. When I close the game, the sound returns normally. I've done everything you can imagine.

I'm having the exact same problem with both PoE 1 and PoE 2. I'm using an external sound card, a Focusrite Scarlet. My PC components are good, with 24 GB of RAM.
Could you provide any feedback on this?
