Serious Collision Issues
|
As the title suggests, there seem to be some very serious issues with collision in the game currently. On the warrior, using the Stampede skill charges you forward. When colliding with monsters, my character literally loses control and there is zero way of telling where you're going to end up at the end of the charge. Sometimes, my character makes a U-turn and decides to leave a map and go back to Act 1, sometimes it makes a hard left or right turn, ending up in a place I didn't want (like randomly getting thrown onto a breach activation point when I was aiming to go the opposite way).
Another instance, I was charging toward a Rhoa-type creature that also decided to charge. When we collided, the Rhoa literally pushed me backward, dragging me across the screen about 50 feet. This dragging across the screen also happened on other characters, but seems magnified on the warrior since you're expecting to travel in a direction completely different than where you end up. This is very unpredictable and frustrating gameplay when using a skill that leaves it completely random on what direction you're going to start to travel, continue to travel, and end up at the end of the travel. Please look into this collision/physics issue!! Zuletzt angestoßen am 20.01.2025, 04:47:59

We have the same issue here with my wife.
Moreover, it becomes really annoying depending on builds. She's playing a fast shooter while I play a charging titan with shield. And shield charge seems to have the same problem. Moreover, in multiplayer, collision with an other player totally stop your charge / stampede, as if you met a wall. In an open map, it's not really a problem, but collisions in maps with corridors are hell when playing with 2 or more people. |
