impact shockwave does not work with default attack

impact shockwave reads "Supports Melee Strike skills, causing them to create an Aftershock that damages enemies around the target when they Heavy Stun an enemy." however it does not trigger on mace default attack for some reason like you can add it as a support but there is no aftershock on heavy stun

Still bugged...
